Contact High Temperature Strain Automatic Calibration and Precision Compensation Technology

In order to solve the problem of contact high temperature strain precision measure-ment, this paper established an automatic calibration device for gauges. The furnace was automatically con-trolled by control device. electric cylinder driven servo motor apply load beam. output signal gauge, thermocouple and displacement grat-ing ruler were collected at same time. deformation measurement results obtained after correction used calculate theoretical mechanical strain, which fed back loading action complete process. Based on above device, accuracy software developed calibrate gauge with multi-parameters, curves sensitivity coefficient, thermal output, zero drift creep characteristics obtained, a compensation model established. experiment carried out verify that modified can meet requirements in each range.
